Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions of Drawing for Exotic Car Team Experience (the “Promotion”) by Netskope, Inc. (“Netskope”). By participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Drawing: NO PURCHASE REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID IN QUEBEC AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Winner will be selected by random drawing. Limit one entry per individual and per customer account. Only the first entry representing a customer account will be valid. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

Prize: One winner selected by random drawing will receive a package for an Exotic Car Experience for their team of up to 10 people. There will be one prize offered per Netskope Sales Region: US/Canada, EMEA/LATAM, and APAC/Japan. Total estimated value of the package is US $7,500 (US $750 per person). All travel and related expenses to attend the event will be the responsibility of the winner. Netskope is not responsible for reserving, booking or reimbursing any travel. Exotic Car Experience must be scheduled within 12 months of prize drawing. Prize cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted. The winner is solely responsible for all income and other taxes and other fees. Winner agrees to submit a W-9 tax form (for US residents); if winner is not a US resident, then winner agrees to cooperate with Netskope as necessary to comply with local tax requirements in connection with the prize. Netskope reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of greater or equal value.

Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Residents of the province of Quebec, Canada are NOT ELIGIBLE. The Contest is void in jurisdictions where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees and contractors of Netskope and their immediate families and those living in their households are not eligible. Employees and contractors of Authorized Channel Partners (resellers and distributors) of Netskope and their immediate families and those living in their households are not eligible. Government entities, officials and representatives are not eligible. This contest is governed under U.S. law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply.

Entry: November 10 and August 10, and completes the workshop with a qualified Netskope employee or partner within 7 days of scheduling the workshop, the participant will be automatically entered in the Promotion. Limit one entry per customer account. Eligible persons may also enter to win by mailing a postcard with customer name and address, contact email address, and reference to the Promotion, to Netskope, Inc., Attn: Netskope Prove It Challenge, 2445 Augustine Drive, Suite 301, Santa Clara, CA 95054 USA. Entries must be received by Netskope on or before July 10, 2021 to be eligible. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Netskope. Netskope is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or unintelligible entries, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the legal entity associated with the domain name of the e-mail address to which this invitation has been sent will be deemed to be the entrant.

Drawings: The prize drawing will be conducted during the week of August 30, 2021. The drawing will be conducted at random by Netskope. Netskope’s determination of eligibility and the selection of the winner are final. Except where prohibited, potential winners may be required to sign and return the requested acknowledgement and affidavit of eligibility to Netskope, within 10 business days of being notified. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 3 days after the first attempt to contact the potential winner or if the potential winner fails to sign and return the acknowledgement and affidavit of eligibility within the required time period, an alternate entrant will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received. If a potential winner is a Canadian resident, the potential winner will be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question by mail or telephone in order to win the prize.

General Conditions: Netskope reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Netskope’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by Netskope in its sole discretion. In such event, Netskope reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Netskope is not responsible for technical failures of any kind, including the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service.

Disputes: Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of this Netskope Promotion shall be resolved exclusively by the United States District Court or appropriate state court located in the Northern District of California. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

Winner Result: Promotion results and a copy of these Terms and Conditions may be obtained by sending a request to Netskope, Inc., Attn: Netskope Prove It Challenge, 2445 Augustine Drive, Suite 301, Santa Clara, CA 95054 USA. Requests must be within 30 days of the applicable drawing date.
