AgentSkope Marketplace: AI Agents the Easy Way

56% of SOC and NOC teams are considering agents as a way to help with the capacity pressure in their team, and yet, among those who have started deploying them only 9% consider them to be highly integrated. Managing agents has become a new workload in itself at a time that workloads are already increasing for 81% (Source: State of AI Agents in Security and Network Operations, 2026).

That’s why we built the AgentSkope Marketplace.

The AgentSkope Marketplace is a new area of the Netskope management console where you can find, size, activate, and track Netskope AI agents, with one catalog, one pool of capacity credits, and one view of usage. We built it because we are all quickly discovering that the slowest part of adopting an agent is often the procurement and administration.

How the AgentSkope Marketplace works

When the SOC wants help with data loss prevention incidents, the network team wants a diagnostics agent, and threat intelligence needs extra capacity for a surge, buying agents one at a time sends each request to procurement as its own line item, with its own business case and no shared view of what any of them will cost. And renewals are onerous when every agent is bought, tracked, and capped separately. Building in-house trades those pains for new ones, namely maintenance and compliance work. Nobody can see where capacity gets used, where it sits idle, or where it’s about to run out, so you are left sizing next year’s budgets on a guess.

The agents in the Marketplace come from Netskope One AgentSkope, the agentic operations layer of the Netskope One platform. Everything happens in the console you already run, with no new client and no new vendor. And Netskope agents run as a managed service within the Netskope private cloud, under the same security and compliance controls you already trust, so your governance review doesn’t start over each time you add one. Good news for the 46% of SOC and NOC teams who say that having one governance and policy model across every agent is the most important way to stop AI agents from creating yet another layer of operational fragmentation.

One governance and policy model across every agent

AgentSkope Marketplace catalog lists every available agent and what it does. Before you commit, the credit calculator estimates how many capacity credits a given level of use will need. Each agent meters its work in its recognizable units (such as case investigations) so you can check the estimate against your actual volumes rather than trying to base your estimations solely on an abstract credit currency. Every agent also lists a recommended and a minimum capacity, set by the team that built it, for a useful starting point.

When you’re ready to commit, you can purchase capacity credits, and then allocate them in the Marketplace.

Manage one pool as priorities change

With the AgentSkope Marketplace you commit to a monthly capacity for the contract term, and every agent starts each month with its full allocated share. You decide how to split the pool across agents, and capacity isn’t locked to the agent you first assigned it to, so the decision you make at purchase isn’t final.

This means that if a major incident hits mid-quarter and the SOC sees twice its usual alerts, the triage agent needs more capacity, and the network diagnostics agent has been quiet, you can move capacity from one agent to the other, within the console and without raising a new purchase order.

See the shortage before it arrives

A single dashboard shows usage by agent, the trend, and how long credits are projected to last. In-product utilization dashboard helps the allocator see ahead of time as an agent’s capacity runs low, so they get visibility about a shortage before the agent reaches capacity, not after.

At renewal, you walk into the conversation with data. You can show finance which agents used their capacity, which didn’t, and what the next commitment should be.

Want to see all the screens? A technical walkthrough follows the whole path – catalog, estimation, allocation, mid-month reallocation and renewal – with the actual numbers from a demo tenant. Read the accompanying Netskope Community article for a deep dive.

What this means if you already run Netskope agents

You don’t need to change anything to start looking. Open the AgentSkope Marketplace in your console, browse the catalog, and run the calculator against your own numbers.

If you already run agents bought on their own SKUs, converting them to capacity credits is optional. The unified view of capacity use covers an agent once it moves to capacity credits, so ask your account team when conversion makes sense for you. The catalog will keep growing as we release new agents.

Ready to see it with your own numbers? Open the AgentSkope Marketplace in your Netskope console, or explore Netskope One AgentSkope to see the agents behind it.

AgentSkope and the Marketplace are available across all management planes, with the current exception of KSA and our Fed and PBMM compliance environments.
