Here at Netskope, our corporate culture means everything to us. In our core values, we strive to be collaborative and transparent, to cut out politics and bureaucracy, and to always have fun. With all of these values in mind, we are so excited to announce that Netskope has been named one of Battery Venture’s 25 Highest Rated Private Cloud-Computing Companies to Work For!
This is the fifth year Battery Ventures has released this list, compiled using Glassdoor employee satisfaction scores from November 2020 to October 2021, which seeks to highlight companies that have maintained strong corporate cultures and employee programs, especially during the pandemic.
“While the pandemic has accelerated the businesses of many cloud companies—whose products often help fuel digital transformation—many cloud CEOs are still grappling with how to build great corporate cultures, hire the best employees and retain them in an incredibly fast-changing and unpredictable business environment,” said Neeraj Agrawal, a Battery Ventures general partner who specializes in cloud investing. “The companies on this list should feel proud of their success building positive cultures and promoting employee satisfaction, which often translates into financial success. They really are modeling best practices for other organizations across the economy.”
We have strived throughout these challenging times to be transparent, collaborative, and values-driven. Our CEO Sanjay Beri recently wrote about improving employee collaboration in the post-pandemic workplace.
This includes continuing to establish communities with all Netskopers so that we can enable access to awareness and education for diverse groups, from celebrating calendar milestones such as Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month and Pride Month to Hispanic Heritage Month, Women’s History Month, International Women’s Day, and Black History Month. We prioritize regular all-employee communications that educate on each of these remarkable milestones and offer open opportunities to foster dialogue, celebrate differences, and learn from one another.
Netskope also continues to build our affinity groups, from the Amazing Women of Netskope (AWON), which focuses on empowering and growing the incredibly talented women at Netskope through mentorship and networking, partnering with PowertoFly and Fairygodboss, to VetSkope, which serves as a network and resource for Netskopers who served in the military, providing opportunities for professional and personal growth through mentorships, and raising awareness of the issues unique to veterans and military families.
