Today’s SkopeSight is based on the recent Netskope Cloud Report. For the report, we look at aggregated, anonymized activity across our customer base. We can see things like uploading, downloading, sharing, and even DLP or other policy violations. This quarter, we noticed that there are three shares from cloud storage apps for every upload. Sharing and collaboration are why we love the cloud! But they are also a source of risk. Our most sensitive corporate data can be uploaded to the cloud and then shared with anyone, including people outside of the company.
