In addition, he served as Vice President of Multichannel Commerce and CIO of Red Wing Shoe Company where he transformed the organization by implementing an IT business partner program that delivered comprehensive business capabilities, provided reliable and insightful business insights, and substantially enhanced the reputation of IT within the organization
