Corporate culture is paramount here at Netskope and maintaining a transparent, collaborative, and open workplace is absolutely key to our success. With this in mind, I am excited to announce today that Netskope has been recognized as one of Battery Ventures’ 2023 Highest-Rated Cloud-Computing Companies To Work For List, among the Top 10 for private companies.
This is the sixth year that Battery Ventures has released this list, and Netskope also appeared on their previous list back in 2021. This list is compiled using Glassdoor employee satisfaction scores from between July 1, 2022 and June 30, 2023, in an effort to highlight companies that continue to maintain a strong corporate culture and employee programs.
We feel this ranking speaks to how we drive a culture here at Netskope that is based in transparency and openness at all levels that encourages collaboration without politics or bureaucracy. A paramount example of this is how our CEO Sanjay Beri conducts regular open door meetings where he takes questions from employees around the company on everything from product direction, goals for the future, and company valuation.
In addition to the spirit of transparency and open communication we also have affinity groups like Amazing Women of Netskope (AWON) which focuses on growing and empowering the many talented women at Netskope. AWON meets regularly at the global, regional, and local level, and recently launched a mentorship program as well. Additionally, AWON has long partnered with both PowertoFly and Fairygodboss to increase their reach.
Couple these elements with working at a company that is solving problems in an in-demand field like cloud security and networking, and you get a place like Netskope. Where people are challenged to do their best, with room to grow, the right people to facilitate that growth, the openness to spread their wings, and…always have fun!
