Elena Matchey is an accomplished technology leader with a track record of driving transformation at the intersection of IT, security, and analytics. As Director of IT Infrastructure & Operations at Netskope, she leads a team responsible for ensuring a seamless, secure, and efficient technology environment while aligning IT strategy with business priorities.

With over 15 years in the field, Elena has helped organizations improve operations, enhance security, and use data more effectively. Before moving into IT leadership, she led Analytics Strategy at Netskope, where she helped customers gain insights from their data to enhance security and business performance, driving revenue growth, increased adoption and retention.

In her current role, Elena plays a key part in Netskope’s Customer Zero initiative, ensuring Netskope effectively uses its own platform and shares these insights with customers. She also works closely with Global Information Security to modernize IT infrastructure, networking, and digital experience management.

Elena is passionate about building strong teams, improving IT services, and bridging the gap between technology and business strategy. She thrives on solving complex challenges and driving meaningful change in fast-paced environments.
