Today we’re announcing the winners of this year’s SASE Transformation Awards. These awards were created by Netskope to recognize leaders making major strides in the categories of SASE Architecture, Network Transformation, and Product Innovation. All of these winners exemplify how a modern approach to converged networking and security is blazing trails for the future of business.
SASE Architecture of the Year
These awards recognize Netskope customers unifying networking and security services in a cloud-first architecture—true to the definition of Secure Access Service Edge (SASE)—that protects users, applications, and data everywhere while preserving and optimizing user experience.
2023 Winner: Elevance Health
Elevance Health serves more than 118 million people, including more than 45 million within its family of health plans. The Elevance Team realized the adoption of zero-trust a la SASE/SSE is a multi-year journey, requiring partnership and collaboration across the enterprise. The size and scale of what Elevance Health has driven is hugely impressive, with the demands and requirements that come from being one of the nation’s largest healthcare providers. With 100K users enabled, and over 85 million blocked events over the first 30 days, nothing has been small about what they have done and are continuing to do.
Network Transformation of the Year
This award recognizes a Netskope customer for evolving and optimizing their network architecture to provide the best in connectivity and user experience.
2023 Winner: Conseil scolaire catholique de district des Grandes Rivières
The Conseil scolaire catholique de district des Grandes Rivières strives for a world-class leading approach to security and has transitioned their network and approach, enabling the entire student and staff population (6400 users with 7000+ devices) to securely work, teach and learn from anywhere. This also allowed parents to understand that as a school board, the cyber protection of their child is of a very high priority. No Netskope customer puts more care into who they provide security for.
Product Innovation of the Year
This award recognizes Netskope customers for leveraging the Netskope platform for unique and innovative use cases or integrations.
2023 Winner: Colonial First State
Colonial First State (CFS) has been one of Australia’s largest financial services providers for over 30 years, specializing in helping its 900,000 members secure their financial future through retirement/pension and superannuation fund management. CFS is utilizing Netskopes complete SASE capabilities (in either production or evaluation at the time of submission of this review) to apply comprehensive controls to all data-in-flight and data-at-rest egress vectors. The innovative usage of Advanced Analytics and DLP capabilities with leading process and strategy have allowed the CFS team to innovate and lead best practices across DLP initiatives.
2023 Winner: HubSpot
HubSpot is no stranger to innovation, as a leading technology provider to marketers and business they have been on the forefront for nearly 20 years. The team at HubSpot is utilizing Netskope across their security and network advancements, but it’s their work with enabling AI and integrations that stands out. In a year when AI is the buzz and mandate in all businesses, the HubSpot team has stepped up and delivered true innovation and maximized the ability for their teams to utilize AI effectively and securely.
