1. Eligibility and Registration Requirements

1.1. Non-Registered Play

A Player may access and engage in the racing component of the Netskope AI CyberSprint Online Race Car Game without completing the official registration process. However, such non-registered play shall not qualify the Player for the submission of scores, accumulation of points, or entitlement to any gifts, rewards, or prizes offered by the Netskope or game Sponsors.

1.2. Mandatory Registration for Point Submission

Netskope reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify and to deem any Player ineligible to submit race scores, accumulate points, and qualify for any gifts, rewards, or prizes, the Player must complete the official Game registration (the “Registration“) and must satisfy all of the following criteria:

(a) Professional Email Address
The Player must provide a valid, current business email address. Personal email addresses (e.g., those from public domain providers such as Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) are strictly prohibited and will result in the rejection of the Registration.

(b) Professional Affiliation
The Player must be currently and actively employed by an organization that meets the following criteria:

The organization has a minimum of five hundred (500) employees globally.
The Player’s title or role within the organization must be directly related to security or network management (e.g., Security Architect, Network Architect, CISO, etc.).

(c) Geographical Compliance
The Player must be physically located in a country where the products and services of Netskope are legally available and distributed. Netskope reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine and verify geographical eligibility, and may require proof of location.

(d) Prize Policies
By participating in this game, the Player expressly acknowledges and agrees that they bear sole and full responsibility for ensuring their eligibility to accept any prize awarded, strictly in accordance with their organizational policies, employment contracts, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations of their country of residence. The game is void in jurisdictions where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees and contractors of Netskope and their immediate families and those living in their households are not eligible. Employees and contractors of Authorized Channel Partners (resellers and distributors) of Netskope and their immediate families and those living in their households are not eligible. Government entities, officials and representatives are not eligible.

Prizes will be made available via our Sendoso platform. The top 3 monthly winners for each track will be notified by email to redeem their prize. Players are limited to one prize per track.

2. Race Play and Point Submission Limitations

2.1. Permitted Race Attempts

The Player may engage in the racing component of any single Game session an unlimited number of times.

2.2. Strict Point Submission Limitation

Notwithstanding the allowance for multiple attempts, the Player’s eligibility for points and prizes is subject to the following strict limitation: The Player shall only receive credit for points for the first completed race of a specific Game session.

2.3. Prohibition of Multiple Submissions and Disqualification

Players are strictly limited to one (1) point submission per race. Any attempt by a Player to circumvent this limitation or to obtain points more than once for a single race through the use of:

Multiple or alternate email addresses;
Fictitious or varied identities;
Automated scripts, bots, or similar unauthorized tools; or
Any other fraudulent, deceitful, or prohibited means;

shall constitute a material breach of these Player Requirements and shall result in the immediate and permanent disqualification of the Player from the Game, forfeiture of all submitted points, and potential termination of the Player’s account.

By completing the Registration, the Player hereby provides their express, affirmative consent to opt-in to email communication and professional outreach from both Netskope and the designated Game Sponsor. This consent includes, but is not limited to, receiving marketing materials, product information, promotional offers, and follow-up communications related to the Game, the Player’s participation, and the services of Netskope and the Game Sponsors.

The Player may subsequently withdraw this consent to receive marketing communications at any time by utilizing the “unsubscribe” link provided in any promotional email, without affecting the Player’s ability to participate in the Game, provided all other Player Requirements are met.
