Director of Netskope Academy

Scott Edwards is the Director of Netskope Academy. He has 40+ years of experience in data communication, computer systems networking, network security, and instructional technology. He is a graduate of the US Navy Advanced Communications and Electronics Technology programs with a specialization in Instructional Technology and held board certification as a Master Technical Training Specialist. Prior to joining Netskope, Edwards was Senior Director of Technical Training at Fortinet. Previously, he was Director of Education Services at Juniper Networks, held Senior Course Development management and Training Architect positions with Nortel Networks, and was responsible for the launch and day-to-day management of the Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) program while at Cisco Systems. Edwards was also the Manager of Technical Training at Telecommunications Techniques Corporation and Tri-Data Systems. He created courseware and taught engineering design changes for Ford Aerospace Space Missions Division and taught communications systems and electronics technology for the US Department of Defense.
