John brings over 20 years of experience to Netskope, with a track record of developing and leading high-performing teams as well as market-defining products in cloud-native, networking, and security domains.

Joe DePalo leads the platform engineering organization at Netskope and is responsible for the design, build, and operations of the current and future generations of the Netskope infrastructure and platform.

Ben Saitz joined Netskope in April 2022, and manages all of Netskope’s post-sales technical teams worldwide, including professional services, customer success, technical account management, technical support, education, tooling, customer satisfaction programs, customer community, and more. He is a highly regarded and regularly cited expert in customer experience innovations and the scaling of support and experience programs for technology buyers.

Scott Hogrefe joined Netskope in August 2013 as the company was entering the market. He has worked hand-in-hand with Netskope’s executive team and board of directors on every era of successful Netskope marketing, including brand development, analyst relations, corporate marketing and communications, product marketing, events, customer programs and advocacy, and many other facets.

Jason Hofmann is a seasoned technology executive with over 20 years of experience. As SVP, Platform Strategy and Architecture at Netskope. In addition to focusing on building out Netskope NewEdge, Hofmann and his team lead all aspects of platform architecture and work closely with customers to ensure delivery of a truly world-class service experience.

As SVP, Product Management at Netskope, Jess LeRoy leads the strategy and roadmap for the company’s leading security products and cloud-native solutions. He is focused on defining innovative product directions that secure the modern, distributed enterprise and drive business growth.

Wes Simons is currently Senior Vice President of North American Sales at Netskope. With over 25 years of experience in cybersecurity sales, Simons has built, led, and executed with top-performing go-to-market teams throughout the world.

Andy Horwitz is responsible for maximizing customer value through strategic technology alliances and strong partnership integrations. He focuses on building collaborative relationships to deliver flexible and differentiated security solutions for joint customers.

Joe Green is the Vice President, Solutions Engineering, helping to grow the business and create a tight alignment with sales, partners, and customers. Throughout his career, Joe has worked closely with companies worldwide to help adapt and evolve their security postures. He has a passion for education, evangelism, and customer interactions.

As Vice President, Solutions Engineering, Gerry Plaza focuses on the vision and strategy around Network and Security Transformation driven by Secure Access Service Edge (SASE). He advises customers on best practices for Netskope deployments, leveraging his deep expertise in Enterprise Architecture built over 25+ years in the IT industry.

Kris Vande Loo is responsible for leading sales strategy and growth across the Western North American region. She is focused on expanding Netskope’s market share and empowering clients with comprehensive cloud-based financial automation and security solutions.

As Vice President, Technology Alliances, David Willis is responsible for addressing tactical and strategic IT solution integration needs at scale for Netskope customers. He focuses on building and expanding new routes to market through strategic technology alliances, leveraging his 20+ years of experience in business, security, and technology leadership.

As Vice President, Product Management, Eliot Sun oversees the product strategy and direction for the API-enabled cloud security portfolio, including CASB API and SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM). He leverages his experience as a three-time startup founder to deliver innovative and integrated cloud security solutions for enterprise customers.

As Vice President of Product Management at Netskope, Amit Datar leads product strategy and initiatives focused on the company’s crucial cloud security domain.
