We also collaborate with educational institutions on internship programs that nurture diverse talent at Maryville University, Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, Saint Louis University, and Webster University.

Our Mentorship@Netskope program empowers all employees to seek out mentors and create meaningful connections. This program was born out of a mentorship pilot program for women at Netskope and was expanded and enhanced to support all employees.
Employees are also encouraged to establish internal communities for peer support, awareness, and access education opportunities within diverse groups. Some of our current employee resource groups include: Awesome Women of Netskope (AWON), Black Employees at Netskope, and EIC (Early in Career).

By learning about different cultures, individuals can develop a better understanding of their co-workers, which can help break down barriers and foster a more inclusive environment. We prioritize regular all-employee communications that educate on each of these remarkable events and offer open opportunities to foster dialogue, celebrate differences, and learn from one another.
Fostering a sense of belonging within our company also strengthens relationships in the communities where we work and live. This includes celebrating calendar milestones such as Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, Pride Month, Hispanic Heritage Month, Women’s History Month, Black History Month, and International Women’s Day.
