Sanjay brings more than two decades of innovation and success in the cloud, networking, and security industries. His unique business sense, technical acumen, vision for the future of the industry, and unwavering focus on culture have contributed to his building a world-class team and iconic company as founder and CEO of Netskope. Prior to Netskope, Sanjay was VP & GM of Juniper Networks’ secure access business unit, driving it to market leadership throughout his tenure. He is also the co-founder of one of the world’s first data center encryption companies, Ingrian Networks, and has held leadership positions across numerous other security and networking companies.
Ravi brings more than a decade of technology innovation, leadership, and customer problem-solving to Netskope as founder and chief architect. Previously, Ravi was instrumental in designing and building the world’s first app- and user-aware next generation firewall at Palo Alto Networks. Ravi is an industry thought leader, author of 11 patents, and co-author of the industry’s first Cloud Security for Dummies book. Ravi has also held several technical leadership and management positions at Juniper Networks and Cisco Systems.
A highly regarded and awarded researcher in security, behavioral anomaly detection, and deep packet inspection, Krishna brings two decades of technical and thought leadership as founder and chief technology officer at Netskope. Krishna leads Netskope’s data science and user behavior research and is a prolific writer and speaker on a range of cloud security topics. He has authored more than 20 patents and co-authored the industry’s first Cloud Security for Dummies book. Prior to Netskope, Krishna held numerous leadership positions, including founding Top Layer Networks and serving as a distinguished engineer at Juniper Networks.
Chris brings more than 20 years of leadership as a technology industry veteran with extensive experience taking innovative and market-leading companies from emergence and expansion to IPO and beyond as senior vice president of worldwide sales. Chris previously served as head of worldwide sales and field operations at network control provider Infoblox, where he led a team of more than 400 that grew sales by 30 percent year over year, and prior to that was the head of Americas sales and field operations for NetScreen, Juniper Networks, and Fortinet.
Jim Bushnell serves as general counsel and is responsible for all legal affairs at Netskope, bringing more than 20 years of experience with technology companies. Prior to joining Netskope, Jim ran the legal function at Infoblox Inc. Jim was with Infoblox from its early stage, through its initial public offering to its acquisition. Prior to Infoblox, Jim was with the law firm Gunderson Dettmer, where he worked with venture-backed companies.
Jason Clark brings decades of experience executing successful strategic security programs and business strategies to Netskope as Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer. Responsible for corporate strategy, marketing, and cybersecurity, previously Clark was CSO for Optiv, where he helped the company grow from $500 million to $2 billion in under 3 years while running the transition from a value-added reseller to a cybersecurity systems integrator. Prior to Optiv, Clark held a leadership role at Websense, where he was a driving force behind the company’s transformation into a provider of critical technology for chief information security officers (CISOs) to become Forcepoint/Raytheon.
Sharon Strong brings more than a decade of experience to her role as Head of Human Resources for Netskope. Sharon oversees policies and programs for the entire company as well as organizational planning and development, recruiting, training, employee relations, compensation, benefits and health. In addition to her work leading the human resources function, Sharon is also a key contributor to the social and activities committees at Netskope. Prior to Netskope. Sharon held leadership roles at TaskIT and Mu Dynamics.
Drew Del Matto brings more than 25 years of technology and finance experience to Netskope, including deep experience in the security and network markets, and driving growth. Prior to joining Netskope, Del Matto served as CFO for Citrix Systems and Fortinet . As CFO of Fortinet, he helped lead the company’s transformation of its strategy and business model to triple its billings growth to more than $2 billion and driving 300% revenue growth during his tenure. Prior to Fortinet, Del Matto served in various financial leadership roles at Symantec for almost a decade, helping that company grow from $2.5 billion to almost $7 billion in revenue and leaving as acting CFO.
Joe DePalo leads the platform engineering organization at Netskope and is responsible for the design, build, and operations of the current and future generations of the Netskope infrastructure and platform. Prior to joining Netskope, Joe was the global head of internet services for Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he was responsible for the AWS Global Network and the Amazon carrier strategy. Prior to AWS, he was SVP of operations and engineering at Limelight Networks. There, he and his team built the second-largest content delivery network in the world.
Amol leads the product planning and product management of the Netskope ONECloud platform as vice president of product management. Prior to joining Netskope, Amol ran Riverbed Technology’s famed $750 million Steelhead product portfolio as vice president of product management. Prior to that, he held a diverse set of responsibilities at Riverbed, from helping build the federal vertical to a $100 million business and creating the industry’s first SaaS acceleration product. Prior to Riverbed, Amol was on the founding team of pioneering data loss prevention start up Tablus, which was acquired by RSA in 2007.
Lamont has more than 20 years of experience in the information security industry, having previously served as vice president of enterprise security for Charter Communications (now Spectrum) and as senior manager for the security and technology services practice at Ernst & Young. Prior to joining Netskope, Lamont was CISO for Vista Equity Partners/Vista Consulting Group. He was responsible for managing the cybersecurity programs and development of cybersecurity talent within the Vista portfolio, which included more than 50 companies. Prior to Vista, Lamont was Information Security Officer for Websense. In that role, he was responsible for developing, maintaining and socializing the company’s internal security program. He was also responsible for working with current and potential customers demonstrating security of the solutions and the connection to the overall security ecosystem.
Dave leads Corporate Development at Netskope, where he identifies and executes strategic opportunities and transactions. A Silicon Valley native, he brings more than 25 years of corporate development, business development, and product management experience serving in leadership positions at innovative technology companies spanning a diverse set of industries, customer segments, and companies, including Apple, Symantec, CyberSource, Palm, HP, and Akamai. Dave began his career as a general management and strategy consultant at Ernst & Young and is a co-inventor on five issued US patents related to contextual data. He has degrees in engineering and international relations from Stanford, and also holds an MBA.
James leads the customer support organization at Netskope. With more than two decades of experience starting and growing companies through expansion phase to IPO and beyond, James has built the highest performing service and support organizations from the ground-up. He has led success, support, and professional services organizations in quickly expanding corporate environments that achieve the highest customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS) ratings in their respective market segments.
David Wu leads worldwide engineering and research and development for Netskope as Chief Development Officer. Prior to joining Netskope, David held a number of leadership roles at Riverbed Technology as a member of their founding team, including Chief Technology Officer, Senior Vice President, Research & Development, and Vice President, Software Development. Prior to joining Riverbed, David served as Senior Engineering Manager at Inktomi Corp., joining the company following the acquisition of FastFoward Networks. He has 10 patents issued and 33 pending patents relating to networking, programming languages, and databases.

Arif Janmohamed brings significant networking, cloud, and security expertise to the Netskope board. Prior to joining Lightspeed, Arif worked in the Corporate Business Development group at Cisco Systems. Earlier in his career, Arif worked in technical development and product management roles at WebTV (acquired by MSFT), Andes Networks (acquired by SUNW), and Sun Microsystems.
Enrique Salem contributes more than 25 years of executive leadership, business strategy, and board experience to Netskope. Most recently, Enrique served as CEO of Symantec. Prior to that, he served as CEO of Brightmail and SVP of products and technology at Oblix and Ask Jeeves. In addition to Netskope, Enrique also serves as a board director for Atlassian, DocuSign, ForeScout, and FireEye, among others.
Eric Wolford brings his experience in executive leadership positions in multiple technology and service companies to the Netskope board. Most recently, Eric was President, Products Group at Riverbed Technology. During his 10+ years at Riverbed, Eric led a number of functions to help take the company public and deliver growth from 0 to $1B in revenue. Prior to Riverbed, Eric served in various executive roles at Accel funded start ups NetVmg (acquired by Internap), Fast Forward Networks (acquired by Inktomi) and at AT&T. He currently serves on the boards of Riverbed Technology, BitTorrent, and Jut.
