URL Lookup

The Netskope URL Lookup allows users to check categorization of a URL from the list of pre-defined categories. If the categorization result vary from those seen in your environment this could be due to possible custom category configured by your admin. Please contact your admin for more details.

The URL Lookup is only available for Netskope customers. Please use a Netskope steering method to access this service.

Troubleshooting

Q: I'm having difficulty accessing the URL lookup on my Mac

A: If you are using a Mac to access this page via a Netskope steering method you may have to configure IPv6 to 'Link-local only'. To do this:
1. Open System Preferences > Network.
2. Click the Advanced... button.
3. Select the TCP/IP tab.
4. Next to Configure IPv6 select Link-local only
5. Click the OK button.

Q: I'm having trouble accessing the lookup tool when the Netskope client is enabled

A: If you are experiencing issues accessing the lookup tool when Netskope client is enabled, please try using another browser or incognito mode to avoid browser caching issues.
