To facilitate a smooth transition, we have established a comprehensive product transition policy that provides clear guidance and dependable support for our customers. The final date to purchase these products will be detailed in the product lifecycle guide specific to each product. Customers with active software subscriptions will continue to receive full support in accordance with the applicable service terms. For additional details, please refer to the latest Netskope One SD-WAN Lifecycle Policy announcements and the information provided on the Netskope Hardware Terms page.

Product Lifecycle Milestones link link

End-of-Sale (EOS) Announcement Date: This is the official date on which a product’s end-of-sale status is publicly announced, typically occurring six months prior to the final order date.

End-of-Sale Date: This is the final date on which Netskope will sell the product through its authorized point-of-sale channels.

End-of-Life/ End-of-Support Date: Finale date to receive applicable services, hardware and software support entitled by active service contracts or by warranty terms and conditions. After this date, all services and support for the product are unavailable, and the product becomes obsolete.
