Leading cloud access security broker recognized for technology leadership in securing cloud apps
Netskope, the leading cloud access security broker, today announced the company’s selection as a 2015 SINET 16 Innovator. As a member of this honorary group, Netskope chief scientist Krishna Narayanaswamy will present the Netskope Active Platform to buyers, builders, investors and researchers during the SINET Showcase on November 3 and 4, 2015 at the National Press Club in Washington, DC.
The Security Innovation Network (SINET) is an organization focused on advancing cyber security innovation through public and private sector collaboration. Netskope was selected as a SINET 16 Innovator from the most competitive pool of early stage and emerging growth companies in the competition’s history. Entries were vetted in a two-stage process by the SINET Showcase Steering Committee, comprised of 100 security experts drawn from the venture capital, government, industry, academia, investment banking and private sector communities.
The SINET Showcase provides a platform for the business of cyber security to take place, as emerging technology companies are able to present their solutions and connect with a select audience of nearly 400 venture capitalists, investment bankers, as well as industry and government buyers. The program, which is supported by the Department of Homeland Security, Science & Technology Directorate, also features commentary on the latest investment and cyber security trends from the industry’s foremost experts.
